Policy & Procedures

          Appointments must be schedule and confirmed within 24 hrs prior to services rendered


A minimum 20% deposit is required for Spa Packages and Spa Parties  (minimum $25 deposit) 

         

                                                               No Refunds / No Excuses 

                       For juice, meals  products, services, coaching, consultations and otherwise


         For same day cancellations,  a $25 service charge or 20% of the total cost of services will                                          be charged to patron

On Location

In Home Visits

  • There is a service fee for travel. The Travel fee for local service call starts at $35. & Up

  • Clients are required to complete a Health Intake form before receiving their Spa Service (s)


  • Your therapist should be made aware of any or all health conditions especially those concerning Covid -19



  • Client should be showered & ready for services before Wellness  Practitioners arrives 


  • Clients are encouraged to ask questions during consultation or prior to in home visit, concerning services being rendered  


  • Client is required to provide a clean, sanitary, safe, quiet space with enough room for massage table and misc equipment.

 

  • ,Pets are required to either be caged or placed outdoors  before the arrival  of  Wellness Practitioner and shall remain there until the departure of Wellness Practitioner 


Note: All services are conducted by seasoned professional and in know way should be misinterpreted  as being a sexual treatment, Should any inappropriate language or gestures occur, patron's service will be discontinued and the patron will be expected to pay for services in full.
